Cancellation & Refunds Policy

Deposits

 A deposit is required to secure your booking. Once paid, the deposit is non-refundable, as it reserves the date exclusively for your event. In cases where specific purchases have been made for your event (such as custom items, specialty products, or personalized requests), the cost of those items will also be non-refundable.

Cancellations (30+ days before event):

If canceled more than 30 days before the scheduled event date, any amount paid beyond the deposit and custom purchases will be refunded. The deposit portion will be held as a credit toward a future event, valid for 3 months.

Cancellations (less than 30 days before event):

Cancellations made within 30 days of the event, including short-notice bookings, are not eligible for a credit or refund. Exceptional circumstances may be considered at our discretion.

Weather & Safety:

If weather conditions or other factors beyond our control prevent us from fulfilling the service as planned, we will work with the client to reschedule or issue a partial refund/credit, depending on the situation.

Our Right to Cancel:

Roaming Glory reserves the right to cancel service at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, safety concerns, or other factors that may prevent us from providing the service in a professional and comfortable manner. In such cases, all payments made (including deposits and custom purchases) will be fully refunded, and we will provide as much advance notice as possible.

We are committed to handling cancellations and refunds in a way that is fair and reasonable for both parties.
