Every booking includes at least one professional barista, but usually two. For higher guest counts or fast-paced service windows, we automatically staff additional baristas to ensure smooth service and minimal wait times. We determine staffing based on your event size, duration, and guest flow — so you don’t have to.

On average, we serve 50+ handcrafted drinks per hour, depending on your menu and guest flow. Each espresso drink is made fresh to order. Proper extraction, milk steaming, and drink finishing require a precise process that ensures quality and consistency — and that process can’t be rushed without compromising the final product. For larger events or tighter service windows, we can schedule additional baristas to maintain efficient flow while preserving quality.

Additional branding options include: • Custom printed cups • Cup sleeves • Napkins • Coffee Cart Branding • Menu For printed branded items (cups, sleeves, napkins), a minimum 5-week lead time is required to allow for production and delivery. Branded stickers & Cart Branding require a minimum 10-day lead time.

The cart measures 6 feet long by 2 feet wide. We require approximately a 6-foot by 8-foot setup area to allow adequate space for the cart and for each barista to work comfortably and safely behind it. If your venue has space limitations, please let us know in advance — we’re happy to review the layout and determine the best setup option.

Yes — we’re available for pop-ups, brand activations, retail events, and recurring service. To properly staff and prepare for a pop-up, we’ll need an estimate of expected foot traffic, service hours, and event goals. This allows us to determine appropriate staffing, product quantities, and overall setup to ensure smooth and efficient service.
